Delivery & Dispatch Time
- Delivery times are indicated from the day when the order has been confirmed by Chillax. Our aim is to fulfill your order in the time scale indicated above, we cannot take responsibility, however, if the delivery time is longer than indicated.
- Due to our Order Processing time we cannot guarantee next day delivery.
If you order is urgent, please contact our live chat on the bottom left hand corner along with your order number with the request for urgent dispatch.
- Chillax is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
