Chillax gladly accepts returns within a 14-day period from the original purchase date under the following conditions.
Please send email your order number and reason for refund to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Item(s) must be returned in a sellable condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached. If the merchandise returned does not meet these requirements your return will be sent back to you at an additional charge.
All customers are liable for their return shipping costs.
Return shipping method and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer. You may use any postal service at your own risk, Chillax cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service and items are well packaged.
We recommend sending your return via a traceable method and retaining proof of postage until receiving confirmation that your return has been processed. Chillax is not responsible for returns that are not received.
FULL PRICED ITEMS
Once we receive the item, you will be refunded within 5 – 7 business days to the original payment method. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. When we process the refund, we will return the price stated on our website at the time of the purchase.
Chillax reserves the right to reject any returned items without approved authorization. If your return is rejected, you will be notified via email.
Return delivery costs for faulty or incorrectly supplied items will be the responsibility of Chillax.
SALE ITEMS / FINAL SALE
All products marked down are final sale and have a strict no Returns policy. These items are not eligible for a return, exchange or refund.
If you refuse a shipment from Chillax, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Chillax. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.Shipping fees will not be refunded.
Kindly note that we do not currently offer exchanges.
